Senior veterans in need of home improvements are getting help.
Senior Connections recently received a $175,000 home repair grant from the Home Depot Foundation to repair homes owned by senior veterans or their surviving spouses.
The agency offers a range of quality services that allows seniors to remain in their own homes . Home improvements include such things as roof repair, heating and air conditioning system repairs and plumbing work.
