Book Bag-Palooza is an effort by the Cobb County Police Department to gather as many book bags and school supplies as possible.

Donations will be given to county students in need at the beginning of the 2018-19 school year which begins in early August.

The police department’s Community Affairs Unit is collecting these donations from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays to Fridays (excluding holidays) at any of these Cobb police precincts:

If a business or club collects a large amount of school items, the Community Affairs Unit’s officers can arrange pick up.

Information: Sgt. Jeff Tatroe at 770-499-3981.
