Sandy Springs announced a partnership with Paciolan of Irvine, Calif., to provide ticketing and marketing automation services for the new Performing Arts Center at City Springs.

The city-owned venue, to open for performances in September, will include the 1,070-seat Byers Theatre and Studio Theatre, a programmable City Green and other performance spaces, officials said.

Paciolan’s online ticketing and fundraising system will enable Sandy Springs to efficiently sell tickets and process donations, officials said. An eCommerce website will provide such services as account management, the ability to choose one’s seats, and print-at-home and mobile ticketing.

Paciolan has more than 37 years of experience serving more than 500 live entertainment organizations, including 75 performing arts venues.

“It was important that we work with a ticketing partner with a strong performance reputation, as well as the flexibility to meet our needs as we launch and grow in our performance spaces,” said Michael Enoch, general manager of the Performing Arts Center.
