The city of Sandy Springs has extended the deadline for nomination submissions for the city’s 2015 Humanitarian Award to 10 a.m. Dec. 22.
The award is designed to recognize an individual who embodies Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s history of character and service. Nominees must live or work within the city of Sandy Springs to be eligible.
