Sandy Springs is set to pave another six miles of road and reconstruct almost two miles more as part of projects in the fiscal year that began in July.
The city has paved or rebuilt more than 80 miles of roads since incorporating in 2006.
Roads to be paved are: Powers Ferry Road from Mt. Vernon Highway to Mt. Paran Road; Jett Road from Mt.. Paran Road to Crest Valley Drive; Cliftwood Drive from Roswell Road to Lake Forest Drive; Northside Drive from Heards Ferry Road to Powers Ferry Road; Interstate North Parkway from Northside Drive to the city limits; Marchand Court from Barnard Place to the end; Greenpine Drive from Northland Drive to the end; Meridian Mark Road from Glenridge Connector to Johnson Ferry Road; River Springs Court from River Springs Drive to the end; Brackenwood Circle from Glenridge Drive to the end; and Sagebrush Drive from Spalding Drive to Bittersweet Trail.
The roads being reconstructed are segments of: Misty Ridge Manor, Green Oak Court, Mystic Place, Cherrywood Lane, Forestgate Court, South Spalding Drive, Bradonshire Road, Keymar Court and High Point Lane.
