Rug manufacturer Jaipur Living Inc. said it’s moving its Atlanta headquarters from Norcross to Cherokee County’s Cherokee 75 Corporate Park.

The county’s economic development office said the company’s purchasing 23 acres of land for a 180,000- square-foot facility that can be expanded to 300,000. Officials said the two-phase project represents a $22.3 million capital investment that will bring approximately 100 jobs to the county.

The company plans to add 10-15 jobs per year as well over the next three years.

Jaipur was founded in India in 1978 and specializes in rugs, throws, pillows and more.
