Roswell Road bridge widening subject of meeting

Sandy Springs will host a public information open house next week on the proposed widening of the Roswell Road bridge over Interstate 285.

The project calls for adding an additional lane to the existing bridge, to allow for both northbound and southbound turn lanes on to the Perimeter. It also will add width to the westbound and eastbound on-ramps, to help break up congestion at the site.

The meeting runs from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 26 at City Hall, 7840 Roswell Road.
