The Roswell Finance Department is taking its show on the road, offering to give presentations on the city’s proposed Fiscal Year 2019 budget to homeowners associations, civic groups and other organizations.

The presentations will provide details of the proposed budget and an overview of the annual budgeting process, officials said. Groups can select any or all of the following: A 20-minute PowerPoint presentation; question-and-answer session; display boards on easels provided by the city; or budget overview handouts.

A formal review and approval process entails the following public meetings at City Hall, 38 Hill St.: Noon, May 9, special called City Council work session with department presentations of the budget; 7 p.m., May 14, first council budget reading; and 6:30 p.m., May 29, second council budget reading.
