To obtain public input for the Historic District Master Plan, the Roswell Community Development Department will host two walking tours of the district at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 3.

Participants will meet at the main stairs in front of City Hall, according to a city announcement. During the walk, participants will be asked what aspects of the historic district they like, and what they’d like to see changed. The walking tours will take two separate routes.

Roswell also plans work sessions, a charrette and a survey to get public input. The mayor and City Council have appointed residents to a Historic District Master Plan Advisory Committee to help formulate the charrette, discuss public comment and assist with putting together the plan, officials said.

Tunnell-Spangler & Associates Inc. (TSW Design) has been retained to work with the city on the master plan. Information: Jackie Deibel at jdeibel@roswellgov.com.
