A seafood restaurant in Gwinnett County failed a routine health inspection this week after an official found rodent droppings on food cans and packages.
The official also found mold-like buildup inside the ice machine and dead insects accumulated above the chest freezer at the Oyster Barn in Lilburn.
The location near Gwinnett College and Beaver Ruin Village Shopping Center has also failed to employ a Certified Food Safety Manager since June this year.
An employee at the Oyster Barn declined to comment to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
