The Peachtree Ridge High School RoboLions Team 1261 will compete in the FIRST Robotic Competition Championship April 25-28 in St. Louis. Organizers for the extra-curricular team, composed of about 50 students, have been working to raise funds for the trip.
The RoboLions qualified for the championship in March by beating out 59 other teams to win the 2012 FIRST Robotics Peachtree Regional Competition at Gwinnett Arena.
