The Buckhead Coalition is offering a $5,000 reward to find those responsible for two home invasions.

“It is of paramount importance to the public safety of those who live, visit, work, and play in this community that such heinous criminal behavior be vigilantly protected against,” Coalition president Sam Massell said in an emailed statement.

The reward is for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for a January crime on Randall Mill Road, and earlier this week on Paces Ridge Road.

Shortly after midnight Tuesday, a resident of a multi-million dollar home was kidnapped and forced to withdraw cash from an ATM, Atlanta police said. No one was injured in any either incident.

After withdrawing the money, the victim, who told police he owns a business that sells gift cards, was brought back to his house and given “verbal instructions to follow,” according to Officer Kim Jones. The victim told police that the suspects “demanded more money by morning and threatened to harm his family if demands were not met,” Jones said.
