Gwinnett planning commissioners will meet with residents concerned about a proposed residential development on Webb Gin House Road at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Knollwood Lakes subdivision clubhouse, 1379 Wood Iris Lane in Lawrenceville.
The developer, JLC Holdings LLP is seeking to build 300 apartments and a mix of 99 single-family and town homes on 56 acres about a half a mile east of Scenic Highway. Planning commissioners postponed a decision about the development, planned for June 7, to gain further community input. Planning commissioners are set to vote July 5, with any final approval required by Gwinnett Board of Commissioners.
