Portion of Dekalb’s McConnell Drive to close beginning July 31
A portion of McConnell Drive in DeKalb County will be closed beginning July 31 to install a new waterline tap.
McConnell Drive, between Clairmont Road and Waldorfs Court, will be closed to through traffic beginning at 6 a.m. July 31 through 9 p.m. Aug. 11 to install a new waterline tap at 1204 McConnell Drive, Decatur.
Road closure and detour signs will be placed in the area to advise motorists of construction work and traffic restrictions.
