Brookhaven police are searching for a former kennel employee who was seen on video kicking a dog in the throat, knocking its head into a wall.

Terrill Rayshon Baugh, 29, of Atlanta, faces a cruelty to animals charge from Friday’s incident at the Bark and Board, Brookhaven police Officer Carlos Nino said in a news release.

The dog’s owner Rachel Mundy saw Baugh hitting her dog, Ava, on the kennel’s web camera and posted the video on to Facebook, Channel 2 Action News reported. The owners saw the video and immediately fired Baugh after the incident.
