Atlanta homicide detectives are asking for the public’s help to find who shot and killed a 23-year-old at a busy Poncey-Highland intersection in an apparent targeted attack.

Graham Stephen Sisk, of Atlanta, was shot multiple times Friday afternoon while he sat in his car at the intersection of Moreland and Ponce de Leon avenues, according to police. Multiple suspects in possibly two vehicles allegedly shot Sisk before leaving the scene, Lt. Paul Guerrucci previously told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Sisk’s car continued through the intersection before coming to rest on the northeast corner, police said. Sisk died at the scene.

Investigators spent hours Friday evening canvassing the area and interviewing witnesses, but by Tuesday had been unable to make any arrests.

“Preliminary investigation suggests that this was not a random act of violence,” Carlos Campos, police spokesman, said in an emailed statement. “The victim appears to have been targeted.”

Anyone who may have witnessed the shooting is asked to contact homicide detectives at 404-546-4235 or submit an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers Atlanta at 404-577-8477.
