An Atlanta pimp was sentenced Friday to life without parole for the rape of a 15-year-old prostitute.

Shun Pierre Pinkston, 43, was convicted of rape, child molestation and pimping, the Fulton County District Attorney's Office announced.

Prosecutors say the victim met Pinkston in June 2009. He set the girl up in a hotel on Fulton Industrial Boulevard, providing her with money, marijuana and a false ID. Before long he "manipulated" the teen into soliciting johns, ordering her to charge at least $50, according to prosecutors.

The girl was raped by Pinkston after informing him she no longer wanted to be a prostitute, authorities said.
