City offices in Brookhaven will be unreachable Thursday afternoon.
Phone lines at Brookhaven City Hall, the police department, the Lynwood and Briarwood recreation centers will be down due to maintenance, according to a tweet by the city.
Maintenance will begin at 3 p.m. and is expected to last for a few hours.
The city is encouraging residents to dial 911 in the event of an emergency.
