Plans are underway to create a memorial to honor Peachtree Corners veterans by recognizing those who have served, or are still serving, in the armed forces. A location for the Veterans Memorial is yet to be determined, but the city hopes to dedicate the memorial during the same time the city’s Town Center is expected to be complete in the fall of 2017.
Veterans, or friends or family members of a veteran, living in Peachtree Corners are asked to provide names and contact information to Communications Director Judy Putnam at jputnam@peachtreecornersga.gov or 770-609-8821.
