Peachtree Corners will hold a special municipal election 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. May 24 to fill City Council Post 2, recently vacated by James Lowe.
The qualifying fee for the council seat is $240, which is three percent of the total gross councilmember salary of the preceding year.
The qualifying dates will be 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. March 28 through March 29 and 9 a.m. to noon March 30 in the office of the City Clerk, 147 Technology Parkway, Suite 200.
Voter registration for this election ends at 5 p.m. April 26.
