An aging-in-place facility is one residential component that’s been missing in Peachtree Corners. But the city announced last week the need will be filled soon with the opening of Noble Village Senior Living Center at 5701 Spalding Drive.
The facility, to open in May, will offer cottages, apartments for independent living as well as assisted living for up to 200 residents age 55 and over.
“We were especially lacking in good retirement housing,” said Mayor Mike Mason. “That’s why Noble Village is an important addition to Peachtree Corners.”
Noble Village is within Peachtree Corners’ Livable Center Initiative study area where work is underway to develop a plan for a central business district and town center.
