Peachtree Corners has announced plans for major improvements to an existing shopping center on Peachtree Parkway and Holcomb Bridge Road. The 80,000 square-foot retail center is already undergoing an updated façade with new lighting, signage and landscaping scheduled for completion by early August.
The shopping center known currently as the Peachtree Corners Shopping Center will be renamed Peachtree Marketplace. Residents know the area best for the center’s outparcels Chick-fil-A and IHOP.
Among several new tenants, the center will include NCG Cinema with a 600-seat theater featuring luxury seating and multiple theaters showing new releases. Also planned is a new grocery store and fitness center.
Phase 2 of the project, which encompasses the courtyard and cinema, is expected to be finished in September.
Phase 3 will include a reconfigured parking lot to make it more pedestrian-friendly and electric car-charging stations to be complete in January 2016.
