Peachtree City police responded to a reported sexual assault at 5:25 a.m. Tuesday at the Outback Steakhouse at 995 Peachtree Parkway North.
Officers arrested Verlon Tuck, 34, of Talmo, Georgia and charged him with theft, false imprisonment and kidnapping. The assault charge is under further investigation.
Lt. Mark Brown said Tuck had access to the premises as part of a cleaning contract, and that Tuck and the alleged victim traveled together to the location.
