The Paulding County Water System is launching a new online bill payment and e-billing system this month.
Online payments will be processed and e-bills will be sent by Paymentus.
The online Paymentus portal will allow customers to set recurring payment options and enroll in e-bills.
Current e-bill customers will receive emails that their bills are ready and available to view on the Customer Dashboard/Portal.
A link in the email will direct customers to the Customer Portal login page.
There they will have the option to make a one-time payment or register in order to view their e-bills and have full access to payment options.
This extra step for customers to set up and manage their accounts is designed to provide a safer, more efficient payment option.
