This morning passengers are describing the terrifying turbulence on a US Airways flight overnight.

Channel 2 Action News obtained video outside the Philadelphia airport where the Orlando-bound plane returned.

"The plane felt like it dropped 20 feet down; shoes were flying cellphones were flying, people were screaming, it was very, very, very scary," one passenger said.

Four people were injured, including a flight attendant who hit her head so hard it left a dent in the plane.

Good Morning America is hearing from other passengers on the plane. Tune in at 7 a.m.
