Organizers of a proposed community improvement district to cover 39 miles of south-central DeKalb County will host an open house Tuesday.
The event for the East Metro DeKalb CID runs from 8 a.m. to noon at the Sanford Realty Company, 4183 Snapfinger Woods Dr., near Decatur.
