Northbrook Parkway extension to open Monday

Four new lanes of Northbrook Parkway in Suwanee will open Monday, weather permitting, according to the Georgia Department of Transportation.
The new lanes extend Northbrook from the Gwinnett County Board of Education office to a new intersection at Old Peachtree Road. The lanes originally were scheduled to open today, but rain prohibited crews from finishing the work.
