Just in time for holiday shopping, Norcross will auction a variety of surplus items, equipment and vehicles on Nov. 22. Items range from filing cabinets and office furniture to pickup trucks and dump trucks to mowers and backhoes.

All bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope in response to invitation-to-bid by 4 p.m. Nov. 21 to City of Norcross, Attn: Monique Lang, 65 Lawrenceville Street, Norcross, GA 30071. Bids may also be delivered to a drop box 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday - Friday to Monique Lang on the second floor of City Hall.

Bids will be evaluated for award. You do not have to be present in order to win. Items will be awarded to the highest bidder. All items are stored at 345 Lively Ave. and may be viewed 10 a.m.to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday.
