The Norcross City Council recently approved a resolution consenting to the expansion of Gateway85 Gwinnett Community Improvement District boundaries.

A majority of the property owners within the expansion area of the CID have consented in writing to their inclusion into the district and will be subject to taxes, fees and assessments levied by the CID. Residential properties included in the expansion will not pay any CID tax.

Norcross has determined that the expansion of the CID will promote the provision of governmental services and facilities within the district.

Commercial properties included in the expansion are located on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, Goshen Springs Road, Amwiler Road and Buford Highway. Residential properties included in the expansion are located on Jimmy Carter Boulevard, Sourwood Road, Beaver Ruin Road, Indian Trail Lilburn Road and Rockbridge Road.
