Nightly single lane closures are required on two State Route locations to allow for painting of the steel bridges on I-985 in Gainesville. Assuming weather cooperates, lane closures will occur on the SR 53 Connector and SR 369/Jesse Jewell Parkway between the I-985 southbound ramps and the I-985 northbound ramps.
Lanes will close for the SR 53 Connector at 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Tuesday through Friday.
Closures for SR 369/Jesse Jewell Parkway will begin at 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Thursday through June 10.
Drivers are reminded to use caution through the work zone and obey the rules, pay attention, slow down and watch for workers.
