NFL awards grant to DeKalb parks program

The National Football League, along with the National Recreation and Park Association, has awarded DeKalb County a grant to help fund its youth football programs.

The $5,000 grant will help fund tackle football leagues in the county’s recreation department. There is no required local match for the money.
