Gwinnett County commissioners approved a rezoning request Dec. 16 for a new single-family subdivision on undeveloped land on the southwest side of Auburn Road between Tupelo Trail and Tama Hill Court. The development will include approximately 66 lots on the 26.42 acre tract of land.
Commissioners approved the request with stipulations including the single-family detached homes be a minimum of 2,000 square feet for one-story homes and 2,200 square feet for two-story dwellings. The homes are required to have brick or stacked stone front facades, at least a two-car garage and meet landscaping and buffer requirements.
