Kennesaw’s Parks and Recreation Department has installed new playground equipment at Terry Lane Park and Kennesaw Station Park.

Terry Lane Park is between Cherokee Street NW and Moon Station Road NW.

Kennesaw Station Park is off of McCollum Parkway NW.

They are among 16 neighborhood and small urban parks in the city, not counting the Frank Boone Dog Park, Adams Park and Swift-Cantrell Park.

“We are always working to upgrade and add to our city parks,” said Parks and Recreation Director Doug Taylor in a city statement on Sept. 13.

“These expanded playgrounds allow us to better serve the needs of our growing population,” he added.
