Terri Badour-Duckett, former chief development officer of the American Red Cross, Metropolitan Atlanta Chapter, has been named CEO for the Georgia Red Cross.
The Michigan native has also been a member of the Atlanta chapter's executive management team since 2005. The metro Atlanta chapter is the largest chapter in Georgia.
Badour-Duckett to succeeds Timothy M. English, who left to become executive director of Preparedness, Health & Safety Services for the Southeast and Atlantic Coast Divisions of the Red Cross. In her new position, Badour-Duckett will be responsible for the Metro Atlanta Chapter, which provides services in 13 counties, and oversees the work of 10 additional Red Cross chapters in Georgia.
