The jackpot for Saturday's Powerball drawing jumped to a whopping $200 million after no players matched all six numbers in Wednesday night's game.
One player in Georgia matched four of the first five numbers drawn -- 8, 13, 17, 34 and 59 -- along with the "Power Ball," which was 35, and won $40,000.
The top prize in Friday night's Mega Millions multi-state lottery is $23 million. MIKE MORRIS

High school students are being asked to compete in a statewide poster contest promoting a national hotline (1-888-373-7888) for reporting and preventing human sex trafficking. Cash prizes will be available for posters in English and Spanish, and regional winners in grades nine through 12 will be notified May 1. The Georgia Department of Education has been working to draw attention to the problem, citing estimates that 5,000 Georgia girls are victims each year of sex trafficking. NANCY BADERTSCHER
