ORIGINAL STORY: If you have $2 lying around, it may be worth a gamble on a Powerball or a Mega Millions ticket.

Combined, the jackpots are worth a little more than a half-billion dollars, according to Georgia Lottery officials.

Wednesday night’s Powerball jackpot currently stands at an estimated $110 million. The jackpot began growing June 23 and has rolled over seven times, lottery officials said.

But if you’re feeling extra lucky, you may want to try your hand at the Mega Millions jackpot, which is worth an estimated $422 million.

That jackpot has rolled over 21 times since May 8.

There was one lucky winner from Tuesday night’s Mega Millions drawing: a $10,000 ticket was sold at a RaceTrac at 123 Commerce Drive in Villa Rica, officials said.

The next jackpot will be drawn Friday night.

You can watch the drawing just before the Channel 2 Action News Nightbeat at 11 p.m.
