In partnership with Johns Creek, Gwinnett County and Fulton County, Duluth is leading the effort to restore the Rogers Bridge connection across the Chattahoochee River. Two upcoming open house meetings will provide an opportunity to look at concepts for the bridge, ask questions of the design team, and offer input on a preferred alternative. There will be no formal presentation.
With parkland on both sides of the bridge, the cities and the counties are excited to restore this connection and offer a regional bike/pedestrian facility that will allow access to and from both sides of the river.
Each public information meeting is an open house. Drop in 6 to 8 p.m. March 28 at Johns Creek City Hall, 12000 Findley Road or 4:30 to 7 p.m. March 30 at Duluth City Hall, 3167 Main St.
