A Mattie's Call was issued Monday for a missing Smyrna man.

Micah James LaBorde, 42, was last seen around Fountain Road and the East-West Connector near the Silver Comet Trail, where his vehicle was parked, police said.

His family said he threatened to commit suicide and may have taken an unknown medication, according to police. He also is believed to have a handgun.

LaBorde, a white male, is 6-foot-1 and 186 pounds. No description of his clothing was available.
