A local man says a TSA agent spilled his father's ashes from an amulet he wore around his neck.

Troy Bland told Channel 2 Action News he wants an apology after what happened April 28 at airport security in Orlando, Fla. He said he is a frequent traveler with many miles logged, but the agent’s actions were inexcusable.

"He opened the bottle, looked in it and went like that," Bland said, motioning how he said the TSA agent tipped the vile, spilling his father’s ashes.

Bland is a Marine, as was his father, who died in November.

TSA officials wouldn’t release the video of the agent’s interaction with Bland, but allowed the news station to view the footage via Facetime.

The TSA told Channel 2 that it reviewed the incident twice and concluded that the agent did not spill the ashes.
