Marietta seeks input on road name

Marietta is asking the public to give opinions on a plan to change the name of Franklin Road to Gateway Boulevard. Earlier this month, the city council approved renaming the road between South Marietta Parkway and Cobb Parkway. City voters a year ago passed a $68 million bond to redevelop the corridor.
