Man shot dead outside south DeKalb gas station

DeKalb County police are investigating a shooting early Monday morning outside a gas station that left a man dead.

Channel 2 Action News reported that a witness heard at least eight shots before the victim was found in the parking lot of a Chevron station on South Stone Mountain Lithonia Road near Lithonia.

That witness said the victim was arguing with a group of men before the shots were fired.
