Man found dead after Mattie's Call
A Social Circle man reported missing Tuesday has been found dead.
Social Circle police did not release details, but said Jim Welsh, 64, was located Wednesday night.
An earlier Mattie's Call said Welsh was last seen around 11 a.m. Tuesday walking on West Hightower Trail.
He may have been carrying a shotgun, according to the Mattie's Call.
