Cobb County police have charged a man accused of exposing himself inside a women’s restroom at a gas station.

Joshua Dennis was charged with one count public indecency following the incident reported Saturday morning.

According to an arrest warrant obtained by Cobb County police, a woman said she saw Dennis allegedly fondling himself “with his pants completely down” inside the women’s bathroom around 4:50 a.m. March 30 at QuikTrip at 105 Barrett Parkway in Kennesaw.

The warrant alleges the woman saw Dennis committing this act in the open area of the restroom, which had two stalls.

Dennis, 29, of East Point, was booked into the Cobb County Jail March 30 and remains held on a $1,320 bond.
