Man arrested for February shooting death in southwest Atlanta

Atlanta police Friday arrested a man for the February shooting of a man found dead on his dining room floor.

Mario Durrell Shaw, 32, was shot and killed around 4 a.m. Feb. 21 at the Hidden Village Apartments on Landrum Drive in southwest Atlanta.

Jabarri Ash, 36, was arrested Friday, Atlanta police spokesman John Chafee said.

Ash was taken to the Fulton County Jail, charged with felony murder.

Police have not released a motive for the shooting.
