A community meeting is set for Tuesday evening to discuss a developer’s proposal to redevelop the Peachtree Dunwoody Pavilion office complex, in the Pill Hill area of Sandy Springs, with new and renovated offices as well as new apartments and a hotel.

The meeting begins at 6 p.m. in Sandy Springs City Council chambers, 7840 Roswell Road. For more information, visit http://bit.ly/29yxkel

The site at 5775 Peachtree Dunwoody Road contains the Pavilion office buildings and the Chamberlain College of Nursing.

TSO PDP LP of Atlanta wants to renovate three existing buildings totaling 343,487 square feet including 88,000 square feet for the nursing school; and build 240,000 square feet of new offices, a hotel with about 170 rooms, 335 apartments and 30,000 square feet of retail/restaurant use.

Pedestrian access would be provided to the MARTA Medical Center station. TSO is seeking rezoning from O-1 to MIX for the project.
