The Lawrenceville City Council has negotiated a new contract for those often over-looked, but thoroughly essential, portable toilets needed at every city event.
Council members agreed Jan. 4 to a $15,250 contract to provide portable restrooms and hand washing stations for people attending various city events throughout the year.
Event Services Inc. of Cumming was the lowest of three bidders to provide single stall restrooms, ADA compliant handicapped accessible restrooms and hand washing stations with soap and paper towel dispensers.
