Why go inside for hot yoga when you can utilize Georgia’s steamy summer weather outdoors?

Each class, held by Performance Power Yoga will be an hour long and will begin at 7 p.m. The outdoor sessions are designed for all ages and skill levels, so whether you have never even attempted child’s pose or you’re already a master yogi, you can get a good workout.

If you attend, it’s recommended you bring a yoga mat, some water and a towel. The towel can help with both mopping up sweat and getting more traction on the mat for slippery hands.
