Following a recent public hearing, the Lawrenceville City Council approved zoning for a 116-townhouse community along Paper Mill Road east of its intersection with East Crogan Street. Access to the development will be via one main entrance on Paper Mill Road.
The development will consist of attached townhomes with a maximum of eight units in each building. Approval from the city comes with numerous conditions including that the front of each structure will be predominately brick or stacked stone. Eighty percent of the units will have a double-car garage and units will be a minimum of 1300 square feet for a 2-bedroom and 1400 square feet for 3-bedroom unit.
Rental of units may be allowed. Professional on-site management that includes leasing, maintenance of grounds and common areas, detention ponds, and interior and exterior of all structures will be provided. The development will also be required to have a mandatory community association.
