The judge in the visitation dispute between Andrea Sneiderman and her in-laws has granted a continuance of a deposition scheduled for Friday.

Attorneys for the 36-year-old mother of two argued their client is "focused on the charges made against her," adding that incarceration has "limited their ability to effectively prepare for the deposition."

Sneiderman was indicted last Thursday on charges she was a co-conspirator with her former boss, Hemy Neuman, who is serving life in prison without parole for the November 2010 fatal shooting of Rusty Sneiderman outside a Dunwoody day-care facility. She has denied involvement in her husband's killing.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Bensonetta Tipton Lane ordered the deposition be reset sometime between Sept. 3 and Oct. 30.
