A retired man in Jonesboro has won big through the Georgia Lottery instant game Millionaire Jumbo Bucks.
Alonzo Davis, 66, won a $2.5 million top prize playing the game at a BP gas station in Fayetteville.
“I started crying over and over,” Davis said. “I had to double- and triple-check. I couldn’t believe it.”
Davis, who is the father of three adult daughters with his wife, Barbara, said he plans to use the money to invest, buy new vehicles, give money to his children and travel.
